Winter Park has long been an innovator in other activities such as snow tubing, snowshoe tours, snowcat tours, dog sled rides and even moonlight snowmobile tours. LODGING: Zephyr Mountain Lodge is at the base of Winter Park Resort. These ski in/out, slopeside condos have 4 outdoor hot tubs, fitness room and high speed data ports in each unit. Beaver Village condominiums are located about 2 miles from the Winter Park ski base. The complex is on the free shuttle route. It has an indoor heated pool, hot tubs, sauna, game room, TV room and laundry. The condos have full kitchens, fireplace, balcony and cable TV. Winter Park Lodge is just across the highway from the ski base. It has its own shuttle to/from the base, a brewery and restaurant. MOUNTAIN FACTS: Vertical drop…3,060 ft. Base elevation…9,000 ft.
